Meet the Chef
Chef John Kovatch has been living and working in Mammoth Lakes, CA since 2008. During his time here he has catered to hundreds of successful events from intimate private dining experiences for four, to three hundred person, multi-day corporate events. When not in the kitchen, you can find him out exploring the mountains of the Eastern Sierra.

Let our staff upgrade your vacation and optimize your time here in Mammoth Lakes. Have us stock the fridge prior to your arrival, get the fire going, serve your group breakfast each morning, then round out the evening with apres ski/activity appetizers and a multi-course dinner. Need a little extra firewood? Insider info about where to park, ski, or hike? We've got you covered! If you're lucky, Chef John might even take a couple runs with you.
I have hired private chefs for years. I also have a business that sells to chefs every day. I hired John to join my group for 4 days. He not only was an awesome addition to our group and cooked us the most delicious incredible meals, but he thought of EVERY possible detail. He brought his own wine glasses because we had very nice wines, bags for transporting food for our picnic, platters, and stands for displays etc. I've never had someone go to that length for me. Anyone who is lucky enough to work with John is in for a treat. Amazing guy and an amazing chef.
